Infographic Design / Graphic Design 2 / OSU
This was the third project for Graphic Design 2 at OSU. The goal was to create an infographic based on any topic of our choice. I chose to make mine about pyramid schemes because I had this idea of making the main component of my project a pyramid and using it as a delivery method for the rest of the content. The content would include facts about how much money is stolen, who is the main target for these scams, and how the process of pyramid schemes works. The style I was going for was an illustration over a photo aesthetic, which would give off a physical expression of deceitful intentions. The cartoonish appeal would help captivate the audience to explore the facts given on the infographic while also expressing how evil the people behind these schemes can be. I learned a lot about managing data and design at the same time, and I hope to do more projects like these in the future.
